CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, at least 24-hour notice is required. This allows more opportunities for the slot to be filled by another client. If notice is less than the suggested time frame, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. 

​

  • Appointments booked within 24 hours are still subject to the cancellation policy. 

​

  • There are no refunds on services rendered/ deposits/purchased products/ purchased packages.

 

  • Clients who purchase a package must forfeit a session to settle the cancellation fee. Packages expire 1 year after purchase date.

​

  • Consultations require a $60 NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE deposit that is deducted from your first session; consultations canceled less than the suggested time frame, forfeit the deposit & another deposit is required to reschedule.

  • A  NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE deposit of $60 is required for all first-time clients to book a session that is 30 mins or less; appointments canceled less than the suggested time frame, forfeit the deposit & and will be charged the remaining balance.

 

  • A 50 % NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE deposit is required for appointments 45 mins or more; appointments canceled less than the suggested time frame, forfeit the deposit & will be charged the remaining balance.

Tardiness Policy

 

 

 

I aim to ensure customer satisfaction during treatment. Therefore, Electrolysis should be accompanied by a calm demeanor void of outside stresses so that the treatment is as comfortable as possible, I.E., rushing to an appointment. To ensure productivity and quality treatment, I try to accommodate each individual as much as possible but unfortunately, sometimes that is not possible. I recognize that each person's time is valuable and have implemented these policies on behalf of that. Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

  • All clients must have a valid debit/credit card on file throughout their treatment period at Reveal BK.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled consultation appointment to allow for time to fill out any necessary forms and prepare for your appointment. All first time clients are required to fill out a

  • Late arrivals for all appointments exceeding 10 mins may result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed; you will be charged for the entire appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than the time frame of their scheduled appointment will forfeit the entire appointment & be charged for the total appointment price.

                                                                                 

  i.e.15 min app + 15 mins late= appointment forfeited

    30 min app + 30 mins late= appointment forfeited

 

Same day Service change

 

 

 

 

No shows​

  •  If you opt to change your service to a lesser time out of the policy time frame, you will still be charged for that original service price.

​

i.e., Changing your 30-minute appointment to15 minutes less than 24hrs before the appointment. You will still be charged for the original time, 30 MINUTES.

  • In the event of a no-show, the total amount of your service will be charged.
